CREATIVE DIRECTOR

At Evo, my role went far beyond creative leadership,
it’s where I learned to see the agency as a business, not just a creative playground.

Working with clients in the U.S. gave me a new perspective on adapting strategies across markets. But more importantly, I learned how an independent agency can grow and make an impact beyond the creative work itself.

I led and managed the creative team in developing omnichannel strategies and digital communication for brands like Planet Fitness, where I oversaw the localization of their U.S. identity for the Latin market, working directly with their largest franchise owner.

I also collaborated with Sigma Alimentos, Carrier México, and Teleperformance, and developed proposals for CEMEX, OXXO, DHL, and Valero.

And while I was leading creativity, I was also building my experience on the account side - often acting not just as the Creative Director, but as the main point of contact between the agency and the brand.
That dual role helped me develop a sharper understanding of client needs, business goals, and how to build lasting partnerships grounded in trust and results.

Beyond the creative front, I became part of key decisions within the agency, collaborating across departments and designing a custom way of working aligned with the omnichannel mindset I’ve brought into every stage of my career.

More than a job, this was a school in leadership, in strategy, and in understanding creativity as a true engine for business growth.
